1 of 1, or 1/1, means unique or one-of-a-kind. Every product you see on our website is the only one of it's kind. It was made once and it'll be sold once. So if you like something... go get it! Before it's too late!
At TG, we believe in sustainability just as much as we believe in creativity. We thrift and upcycle the majority of our products whilst the others are made from scratch using second-hand materials. We'd like to do our part when it comes to sustainable fashion; no matter how small.
We accept VISA, Venmo, Amazon Pay, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. If you have any questions about payments, email us at support@trinitygracedesigns.com.
Below are the main factors that determine our prices:

We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The best way to change your order is to contact us at support@trinitygracedesigns.com. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
All orders are processed in the order we receive them (unless you've chosen expedited shipping) and within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.) Delivery rates and times are estimated at checkout.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please email us at support@trinitygracedesigns.com. We'll work with you to find your package.
